Early College on-site courses are college courses offered to high school students through a partnership between Northwestern and the high school you attend. Northwestern partners with a variety of private high schools to provide Early College courses in high school classrooms. All of the Early College on-site instructors are hired as adjunct faculty by Northwestern and are paid directly by Northwestern for the on-site courses.
Through on-site dual enrollment, high schools can choose any course from Northwestern’s traditional catalog for which the school has a qualified instructor. Typically, these courses will be common, entry-level courses in academic subjects; however, some schools offer more specialized courses. Check with your partnering institution for classes that are offered on-site. To see the courses that your school could potentially participate in, please view our course catalog.
